Tele Marketing Executive

We are seeking a Telemarketing Executive who will play a vital front-line role in student engagement and outreach. This position focuses primarily on telemarketing and lead conversion, while also providing basic reception and administrative support. As the first point of contact for many prospective learners, the ideal candidate must be clear, confident, and courteous in both speech and conduct.

Key Responsibilities

Telemarketing & Lead Conversion

• Make outbound calls to prospective students to explain course offerings and encourage enrollment
• Handle inbound queries via phone and WhatsApp with professionalism
• Follow up with leads regularly and update CRM or call logs accordingly
• Maintain structured communication workflows for lead engagement

Reception & Front Desk Support

• Greet and guide walk-in visitors courteously
• Answer phone calls and direct queries to the appropriate department
• Assist academic counsellors and administrative staff as needed

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and scheduled appointments
• Support the scheduling of student meetings and follow-up interactions
• Handle basic data entry and assist with daily operational tasks

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, telesales, or a similar communication-based role
• Any degree or diploma (preferred fields: marketing, communications, business, or education — but not mandatory)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Pleasant, persuasive phone manner with strong interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with basic computer tools (MS Excel, email, CRM systems preferred)
• A proactive, self-driven approach with patience and persistence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
