Monitor and optimize ad performance through A/B testing, budget management, and keyword analysis. Track ROI and adjust bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance. Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and maintain customer engagement. Segment email lists and personalize campaigns for targeted messaging. Track email performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) and adjust strategies as needed. Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, conversions, and engagement. Continuously evaluate and optimize strategies based on data insights. Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall brand and business goals. Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers to support campaign execution and creative needs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.). Experience in creating content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing. Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
