Proven track record in CRM, lead generation, inside sales, presales etc. Pitching relevant products or services. Maintain Customer Relationship and managing Sales Function. Tele callers inbound/ outbound sales Good communication skills (English). Resolve Problems and Answer Queries. Identifying a customers needs. Keeping track of Customer's car related requirements and keeping him posted with regular updates. Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and long-term relationship building. Qualification / Profile: Candidate should have minimum 2-5 year of experience. Maintains professional appearance. Service Industry Result oriented. Team player -Selling skills.
