Job Description

Good Understanding of Wi-Fi OEM ecosystem, subsystems and Wi-Fi Solutions. Good Understanding of 4G/5G Architecture and subsystems, Knowledge on 5G SA and NSA technology Comprehensive knowledge on OEM Products and Specifications Portfolio with respect to RAN, Transport and Core Networks elements for both Macro and Small Cells. Discussions with customer on final design and analysis. Have technical Discussion with prospective customers/Product OEM partners to understand the requirements and solutions. Comprehend the solution and arrive at the optimal architecture and BoQ based on the customer requirements. Understanding the requirements of network architecture as per Tender/RFP and acquiring/positioning the network elements from multiple OEM vendors. Understanding of the technical specifications at sub-system component level in order to validate our product portfolio w.r.t other market players. Managing technical inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial and be part of the E2E Bid Preparation and submission. Interface and have regular internal meetings as a part of technical and presales teams to understand the customer requirements and propose the optimum techno-commercial solution. Ability to prepare Solution documents in Wireless, DC and 5G Core networks Ability to give presentations to customers on technical pre-sales and Solutions. Ability to travel to customer locations to understand & gather the requirements and work with the internal team to provide an E2E Solution. Ability to understand technical aspects of Telecom RFPs and propose the suitable and most optimal solution based on the requirement. Capable of understanding the 5G RAN related product portfolios i.e., Macro eNB/gNBs, Small Cell indoor/Outdoor, DAS Systems, 5G CPE and related IP-OTN infrastructure and selection of the right product as per the end customer needs Good knowledge of 5G Core network architecture of NFV-SDN and understanding of the functional requirements for deployment of 5G Core network on COTS based or cloud-based environments. Engage in cross training of Fresher candidates as required on the technologies of 4G/5G and the Bidding procedures as required. Visit customers at their office in India/abroad as required for having technical discussion and presentations. Exp.- 5 years in telecom domain with atleast 1 year in 5G Technologies
