Job Title: Telecaller / Calling Executive

Salary:

• Full-Time: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 per month
• Part-Time: ₹5,000 – ₹6,000 per month
• Joining: Immediate

About the Company:

NovaNectar Services Pvt. Ltd. is a growing IT solutions company in Dehradun, offering web/app development, digital marketing, graphic design, and professional training services. We’re looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team and help with client and candidate outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and candidates.
• Share details about company services, training, or internship programs.
• Maintain daily call logs and follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments for the sales/HR team.
• Handle incoming calls and resolve queries professionally.
• Maintain and update client/candidate records in CRM.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi is must; basic English preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Gmail, and phone handling.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in telecalling is a plus (not mandatory).
