Key Responsibilities:
✅ Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers to promote NNIIT’s educational programs and services.
✅ Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information about courses, fees, admission process, and offers.✅ Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.✅ Maintain call records and update CRM systems regularly.✅ Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets of calls, conversions, and follow-ups.✅ Build and maintain positive relationships with potential learners.✅ Coordinate with the sales and admission teams for closures.
