Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to potential leads provided by the company. Explain the institute's programs and services clearly and convincingly. Address inquiries and resolve concerns raised by prospective clients. Persuade leads to visit the branch for detailed counseling sessions. Schedule and confirm appointments for branch visits. Maintain accurate and updated records of call interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates. Collaborate with the counseling team to ensure smooth client onboarding. Provide feedback on lead quality and performance to improve strategies. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Basic knowledge of CRM software or willingness to learn. Ability to handle rejections professionally and stay motivated. Good organizational and time management skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: Technical support: 1 year (Preferred) tele sales: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred)
