We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting and selling our products/services, and providing accurate information to address inquiries. You will also be responsible for resolving customer issues, maintaining detailed call records, and reporting progress to the manager. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills, good negotiation abilities, basic computer knowledge, and Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
