Position Overview: The/Nudge is working with the Jharkhand State Livelihoods Promotion Society (JSLPS), Government of Jharkhand, to help increase adoption of the graduation approach/ economic inclusion program by targeting ultra-poor/ poorest of the poor, and other marginalized / vulnerable communities like PVTGs and women engaged in producing and selling country liquor. We are currently working with the Govt. of Jharkhand on a program focused specifically towards women engaged in production and sale of country liquor. As part of this effort, a Project Management Units (PMU) is set up at JSLPS, Ranchi, to help the Government of Jharkhand to design and implement this program through graduation approach integrated into the community institutions of JSLPS. This position is for the SPMU at Ranchi, JSLPS and will report to the Head of Operations.
