Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Techno Commercial position located in Delhi, India. The Techno Commercial professional will be responsible for handling communication, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales activities, overseeing purchasing processes, and handling account management tasks. This role requires combining technical knowledge with commercial skills to meet business targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Purchasing processes
• Account Management skills to handle client relationships effectively
• Technical knowledge to understand and convey product specifications
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
