1.Requires good knowledge of CCTV components (Lenses, PCB, Heat Resistance,Mics)
2.Perform initial setup and calibration of cameras, DVR/NVR units, and other components.
3.Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems (both IP and analog)
4.Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to CCTV equipment, cameras, cabling, network configurations, and software.
5.Offer troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
6.Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use and maintain their CCTV systems.
7.Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, including installation guides, maintenance logs, and system manuals.
8.Create detailed service reports for clients and management, tracking the status of ongoing projects and system health.
9.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technology, and advancements in CCTV and surveillance systems.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) working with CCTV surveillance systems, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
