About the Job (Technical Support Role):

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer queries via chat, email, or phone
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Writing and solving MySQL queries to investigate and fix data-level problems
• Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
• Documenting solutions and maintaining technical records

Skill(s) Required:

• Strong knowledge of:
• MySQL (query writing, joins, debugging)
• Operating Systems (Linux)
• Troubleshooting and technical analysis
• Communication (written and verbal)
• Basic knowledge of Java
