Description:

Area(s) of responsibility

Job Description:
  • 4 to 7 years of IT experience with relevant experience in Monitoring tool.
  • Should have expertise in Monitoring tools like Check_mk, Moogsoft, ELK.
  • Implementation, customization, upgrade and support of Moogsoft tool (v7.x and above)
  • Sound understanding of Linux Platform.
  • Experience in the implementation, customization, upgrade and support of Check mk tool.
  • Sound experience of java script and REST API’s.
  • Sound understanding of ITSM & ITOM concepts.
  • Should have sound understanding of IT concepts like Network configurations, Backup, SAML, Firewall, Interfaces.
  • Sound experience in working with APIs, change workflows, developing custom scripts, integrations, and report customization.
  • Deep troubleshooting experience and ability to manage the demanding customers.
  • Well versed with ITSM workflows & ITIL processes followed in daily support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Quick learner and able to pick multiple IT tools & technologies.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
