Role & Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand tech hiring needs across domains (Java, Cloud, Data, DevOps, Product, etc.)
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, etc.)
• Own the entire recruitment lifecycle: JD creation, outreach, interviews, feedback, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Track performance metrics: submissions, interviews, offer rollouts, and joining ratios.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure strong follow-up and relationship management.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in 

  technical hiring

   (agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of tech stacks, engineering roles, and current hiring trends.
• Hands-on with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri RMS, ATS).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with fast-scaling product/tech companies preferred.
