We are looking for people who are comfortable with work from office and are from Technical Background

Design and update job descriptions
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri etc.)
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally.

Required Profile

>

> Candidate Should Be Inclined To Work In Recruitment

> Candidate Should Be Willing To Work 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

> Candidate Should Have Descent Communication Skills

Working days -- 6 days

Shift -- 8 hours

Salary : Freshers - Rs 1,20,000 pa

Experience - Upto Rs 2,00,000 pa

(Incentives b/w Rs 3k-7k based on performance)

Job Location - Sapru marg , Hazratganj, Lucknow.
