Profile 2: Graduates with 2 year of international experience in gaming process Salary upto 6 LPA 5Days working/Rotational shifts/Cabs Available. Technical Support Gaming Process Role: Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients via cellphone, electronic mail, or chat. Troubleshoot and remedy technical issues promptly Assist clients in putting in place and configuring gaming device hardware and software program. Product and Service Information: Educate clients approximately gaming products, services, and features. Provide precise information on subscription plans, recreation titles, and extra services. Guide users via troubleshooting steps and self-help resources. Documentation and Ticket Management: Create and maintain guide tickets for patron interactions. Document all interactions appropriately in the CRM system. Ensure well-timed comply with-up and resolution of open tickets. Quality Service Delivery: Deliver exceptional customer support by way of demonstrating terrific communiqu skills and technical knowledge. Meet or exceed certain service degree metrics for response time and problem resolution. Handle both basic and complicated inquiries professionally and successfully. Additional Responsibilities: Customer-Centric Attitude: Exhibit an ardor for supporting clients and resolving their issues. Demonstrate staying power, empathy, and energetic listening abilities.
