This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Manager located in Jaipur at Cybdeer Network Private Limited. The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing technical support, research and development (R&D), project management, team management, and utilizing analytical skills to drive innovation and efficiency within the company.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology
- 4–7 years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Hands-on with project planning, architecture, and code review
- Proficient in modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Laravel, etc.)
- Database knowledege(Mysql or MongoDB)
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
