Job Summary The Technical Lead role requires a seasoned professional with 10 to 14 years of experience in EMC Data Domain Azure and EMC Networker Backup Administration. This hybrid work model position involves day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will drive technical excellence and innovation ensuring robust data backup solutions that align with the companys strategic goals. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of backup solutions using EMC Data Domain and EMC Networker to ensure data integrity and availability. Oversee the administration and optimization of Azure cloud services to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving. Develop and maintain documentation for backup procedures and disaster recovery plans to ensure compliance and readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backup solutions with existing infrastructure enhancing overall system performance. Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve potential issues proactively. Implement security measures to protect data from unauthorized access and ensure compliance with industry standards. Analyze and report on backup system metrics to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement efforts. Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and support of backup technologies. Drive initiatives to automate backup processes reducing manual intervention and increasing efficiency. Provide training and support to team members enhancing their technical skills and knowledge in backup technologies. Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to recommend improvements and innovations in backup solutions. Ensure alignment of backup strategies with business objectives contributing to the companys mission and societal impact. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in EMC Data Domain demonstrating proficiency in managing complex backup environments. Have a strong background in Azure cloud services showcasing the ability to optimize and scale cloud operations. Exhibit expertise in EMC Networker Backup Administration ensuring reliable and efficient data protection. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective and innovative solutions. Show capability in documentation and compliance ensuring readiness for audits and disaster recovery scenarios. Display strong collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Have a proactive approach to system monitoring and issue resolution ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
