Technical architect who has experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB+Mongoose Express, React, Node) development.

10-20 years

Location: Bangalore, Pune and Mumbai

Must Haves:

Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience
Strong MERN (Mongo DB + Mongoose, Express, React, Node JS) full stack experience using Typescript.
Experience in leading in code reviews.
Demonstrate understanding of SOLID principles.
Demonstrate understanding of TDD or BDD.
Docker & containerization, CI/CD pipeline design & build
Azure/AWS experience is good to have
Good knowledge and experience of writing good unit tests.
Strong implementation design using cloud.
Must have experience in Typescript

What You’ll Do:

Architect scalable and high-performance full-stack applications.
Provide technical direction to engineering teams and participate in all stages of development.
Lead design reviews, code reviews, and promote best practices (SOLID, TDD/BDD).
Hands-on and integrate CI/CD pipelines and containerization strategies.
Guide teams in using technologies like Kafka, GraphQL, REST, and NoSQL/SQL databases.
Collaborate with stakeholders and align delivery with strategic goals.
Mentor developers and promote knowledge-sharing culture.
