Key Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:
7–10 years with a strong hands-on software development background; should have led the architecture and delivery of at least 2–3 large-scale projects.
Strong hands-on experience and expertise in Java (J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Struts, etc.) is a
must
for this role.
Technical Stack:
Proficient in
Java frameworks
,
JavaScript
,
AWS (serverless, containers)
. Experience with designing and migrating
hybrid cloud applications
.
Integration expertise with platforms like
Mulesoft, Apigee
, and familiarity with
SOA, APIs, Microservices, ETL, Event Processing
.
DevOps & CI/CD:
Experience in building and maintaining continuous delivery/testing/integration pipelines.
Architecture & Cost Control:
Ability to suggest optimization strategies and drive scalable, cost-effective designs.
Bonus:
Exposure to
AI, Data Analytics
, and understanding of
BFSI domain
is preferred.
