Job Title: Team Manager Sales (EdTech Industry) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Manager with a strong background in Sales within the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent team management skills, the ability to drive performance, and expertise in negotiation, problem-solving, and retention of both employees and customers. Key Responsibilities: Team Management & Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business goals. Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and efficiency. Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions to upskill team members. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to boost team morale. Sales : Drive sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the EdTech sector. Develop and execute sales plans to generate leads and improve brand awareness. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to refine business strategies. Ensure team members meet their sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Negotiation & Problem-Solving: Effectively handle client negotiations to close deals successfully. Address customer concerns, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience. Identify and resolve operational or sales challenges proactively. Retention & Customer Relationship Management: Implement strategies to improve customer retention and engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term partnerships. Monitor team performance and implement initiatives to improve employee retention. Key Requirements: 2-5 years of experience as Sales Manager, preferably in the EdTech industry. Proven experience in team management and leadership. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Tamil (mandatory) along with strong communication skills in English. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills.
