Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher to join our team as a Team Leader in our Tax Audit /Statutory Audit department. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent CA graduate to lead a team and gain valuable experience in tax audits, statutory audits, working with diverse industries including listed clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handling Tax Audit /Statutory Audit of Corporates. 
• Draw up Audit Plan, manage execution and conduct review of audit assignments  
• Drafting of Audit reports, Form 3CA 3CD, audit observations and interaction with clients  
• Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure timely completion of audits. 
• Establish and implement best audit management practices  
• Build and maintain sustainable client relationships  
• Appraisal of Internal financial controls (IFC), Process Walkthroughs and Risk Control Matrix 
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions. 

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher. 
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards & tax laws. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit software tools.
