Eligibility Criteria:
· Graduate in any discipline
· Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Training and/or Quality
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Proven ability to lead teams and projects independently
· Hands-on experience in reporting, RCA, and training execution
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily activities of Trainers and QAs; ensure timely deliverables
· Support in rollout and monitoring of training and quality initiatives
· Prepare performance dashboards and share insights with management
· Conduct one-on-one coaching, feedback sessions, and audits
· Align training schedules with recruitment, Ops, and HR
· Ensure all SOPs, trackers, and documentation are maintained properly
· Participate in calibration, RCA-CAPA discussions, and client updates
Skills Required:
· Team management and mentoring abilities
· Knowledge of customer support metrics, QA scorecards, and TNI/TNA
· Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
· Comfortable working in dynamic, target-driven environments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
