Child Development Support: Monitor and assess each child’s developmental milestones, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Foster Creativity: Encourage self-expression through arts, crafts, music, storytelling, and imaginative play. Promote Social Skills: Teach children to interact positively with peers, share, take turns, and resolve conflicts. Health and Safety: Ensure the physical safety of all children by maintaining hygiene, monitoring play, and addressing accidents or emergencies. Parental Communication: Provide updates to parents on their child’s progress, behavior, and milestones. Address concerns with empathy and professionalism. Encourage Independence: Support children in building confidence by allowing them to make choices and solve problems independently. Prepare for Events and Activities: Organize and participate in special events, field trips, and celebrations that enhance learning and community bonding.
