We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Operator to manage day-to-day accounting tasks using Tally ERP software. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling data entry, and assisting with basic financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Maintain accounts including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals, and ledgers.
Generate GST reports, invoices, E-way bills, and other statutory documents.
Assist in bank reconciliation and cash handling processes.
Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and backup of accounting data.
Support the accounts team in audits and compliance activities.
Maintain and organize accounting files and documents.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Tally Operator or in a similar accounting role.
Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and basic computer operations.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
