Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Noida, India (Onsite)

Work Timings: 3 PM to 12 AM IST


We are seeking someone with 5+ years of experience in internal hiring for US Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of hiring recruiters across diverse domains, including IT/Engineering, Banking & Financial Services, Pharma/Life Sciences, and System Implementation roles. This position requires exceptional leadership, strategic hiring expertise.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Hiring Strategy:

    Develop and execute comprehensive hiring plans to attract top talent for internal positions within the organization.
  • Domain-Specific Recruiting:

    Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in IT/Engineering, Banking & Financial Services, Pharma/Life Sciences, and System Implementation recruiters.
  • Leadership:

    Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring best practices in sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Process Optimization:

    Enhance recruitment workflows, track performance metrics, and implement innovative sourcing techniques to improve efficiency.
  • Talent Pipeline Management:

    Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure hiring practices align with US staffing regulations and internal company policies.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience (working for a Recruitment/Staffing Agency)
  • Proven experience leading recruitment teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage and influence candidates/ stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to address hiring challenges and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
