Experience: 3-6 Years in Talent Acquisition

Qualifications: MBA in HR or equivalent

Work Location: Tiruchirappalli (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end hiring for non-IT and bulk roles
Conduct walk-ins, job fairs, and campus drives
Source candidates using job portals, referrals, and social media
Screen and shortlist candidates
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and managers
Maintain hiring trackers and reports
Ensure smooth onboarding and good candidate experience

Skills Required:

3-6 years experience in non-IT or bulk recruitment
Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
Flexibility to travel for job fairs, campus drives, and hiring events (if required).
