Talent Acquisition Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation).
• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate reports on hiring metrics.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve employer branding and promote the company as an employer of choice.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency).
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience hiring across multiple verticals (Tech, Sales, Marketing, etc.).
• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or Talent Acquisition-related courses are a plus.
