As a Sr Manager/Manager - Talent Acquisition based in Noida, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle. Your key responsibilities include collaborating with Senior Management and Hiring Managers to define competencies required for various roles, using diverse methods to identify and attract suitable talent, screening candidates based on relevant experience and cultural fit, developing candidate pools within specific geographical territories, representing the organization throughout the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, negotiating salaries, maintaining detailed reports, and ensuring adherence to internal processes with accuracy. To excel in this role, you should possess 8-15 years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to Executive Search and Contingency Search practices. Experience in managing recruitment across multiple functions, ability to lead a multicultural team, and drive performance are essential. Your hands-on approach, enthusiasm, and performance-driven mindset will be valued. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities are key attributes for success in this position.,
