The Role :

You’ll help us attract top talent across functions, communicate our values to the outside world, and ensure every candidate experience reflects who we are as a brand and culture.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Talent Funnel:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment across roles from design and product to sales and supply chain.
• Identify top talent, engage them meaningfully, and close roles with agility

• Employer Branding:

• Build and execute initiatives that position Agilitas as an aspirational workplace — job posts, social media, hiring campaigns, events, and more.

• Candidate Experience:

• Ensure every touchpoint outreach, interviews, follow-ups, feels personal, respectful, and aligned with our culture.

• Hiring Partner:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role needs, define success, and build effective evaluation processes.
• Guide interview panels, manage pipelines, and help teams make great hiring decisions.

• Talent Intelligence:

• Stay plugged into the talent market — know where the best people are, what they care about, and how to reach them.

Who You Are

• 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-growing consumer brands or start-ups.
• A strong communicator and relationship builder; you can write well, speak with confidence, and build trust quickly.
• Deeply aligned with our values of Ambition, Trust, and Joy and able to communicate them with authenticity to others.
• Someone who understands brand, culture, and storytelling.
• Organised, proactive, and outcomes-driven — you move fast and don’t drop the ball.
