Talent Acquisition Leader / Assistant Manager – IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of recruiters focused on permanent IT hiring
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery
• Train and guide junior recruiters for performance improvement
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies using portals, social media, and internal databases
• Handle critical IT mandates independently

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in

• Strong knowledge of IT technologies and job market
• Prior experience in team handling or mentoring preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
