Role & responsibilities

• 58 years of experience in end-to-end non-IT recruitment, with a strong focus on BPO hiring
• Prior experience managing and mentoring a recruiting team
• Demonstrated success in handling lateral and senior-level mandates
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Strong sense of ownership, flexibility, and ability to work under tight timelines
• Immediate availability or short notice period is highly desirable

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple business lines and locations
• Manage bulk, lateral, and senior-level hiring specifically within BPO and shared services domains
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop strategic sourcing plans
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to deliver on hiring targets and performance metrics
• Utilize a mix of sourcing strategies including job portals, social platforms, campus drives, and referrals
• Ensure seamless candidate experience, process compliance, and continuous improvement in recruitment practices
• Monitor and analyze hiring metrics to optimize recruitment performance
