Job Description

Role/ Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for leadership-level positions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the organisation's strategic hiring needs & develop effective talent acquisition strategies. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure the highest calibre of leadership hires. Build and maintain a strong network of executive-level candidates, both active and passive. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) 6-8 Months of progressive recruitment experience in both tech and Non-tech sides, with a focus on Leadership-level hiring. Proven experience as an individual contributor in recruitment. Strong understanding of hiring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
