Role Overview:

Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and coordinate initial levels of candidate evaluation.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and databases.
• Assist in drafting and publishing job descriptions.
• Support in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Support in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
