Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events. Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions. Conduct initial phone or video interviews with potential candidates to assess their suitability for the role. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and interview schedules. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in IT Recruitment or related field (Advertising/Mass Communication, HR/Industrial Relations). Strong understanding of technical recruitment processes and IT staffing principles. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. Proficiency in using various sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com etc.
