Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement of materials, inventory planning, and efficient processing of purchase orders received from various B2B customers. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations, optimal inventory levels, and timely fulfillment of customer requirements.

• Oversee and manage the procurement process for all materials required by the organization.
• Develop and execute inventory planning strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
• Accurately process and track purchase orders received from B2B customers, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Monitor inventory movements, conduct regular stock audits, and prepare inventory reports.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory forecasting.
• Leverage CRM tools to manage customer orders, track order status, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, inventory planning, and purchase order processing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with CRM software for order management and customer communication.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
