Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Substation Design Manager, located in Pune/ Vadodara. The Substation Design Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the design of substation projects from conception through completion. This includes overseeing the development of detailed design drawings, specifications, and standards, coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and codes, and managing project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in substation design, including the development of detailed design drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the electrical engineering industry
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and budgets
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers and other stakeholders
• Experience with CAD software and other design tools
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
