🚀 We’re Hiring: Subject Matter Expert (SME) – ASP.Net (Remote | Contract | 6-Month Project)

What You’ll Do

As an ASP.Net SME, you’ll collaborate with our learning design and production teams to:

• Develop structured certification programs (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)
• Create and review course structures, outlines, learning objectives, assessments, readings, and interactive labs
• Review technical scripts, code samples, screencast demos, and vignettes
• Record virtual video content and provide accurate, tested code for hands-on learning
• Ensure pedagogical soundness and technical accuracy across all modules and lessons
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients for feedback, revisions, and quality assurance

Scope of Work Highlights

• Design 3 comprehensive certificate programs with 4, 4, and 3 courses respectively
• 55+ modules across all programs, each with detailed lessons, readings, quizzes, and hands-on labs
• Create and review assessments that meet

  ACE recommendation standards

• Record videos (Zoom or on-site), create screencast demos, and suggest tools/freeware
• Engage in structured feedback cycles and maintain high-quality technical accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• Proven expertise in

  ASP.Net

  and curriculum/course development
• Strong background in software engineering and instructional design
• Ability to write, test, and troubleshoot code with accuracy
• Experience with video-based learning, screen recordings, and asynchronous course formats
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable with 6–8 hours/week of availability for the next 6 months
