Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Student Placement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing student internships and placements, excellent communication skills, and strong industry connections. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure 100% internship and placement opportunities for students of B.Com, BBA, and MBA programs , with internships offered across all semesters on a year-round basis. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve 100% internship and final placement targets for students of B.Com, BBA, and MBA courses. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, industry bodies, and recruiters to secure quality internship and placement opportunities. Actively source new internship and placement partners through corporate outreach, networking events, and industry collaborations. Organize and manage campus recruitment drives , career fairs , and corporate workshops throughout the academic year. Facilitate career counseling, resume-building sessions, interview preparation , and soft skills training to enhance student employability. Work closely with academic departments and faculty to align placement efforts with curriculum and industry requirements. Maintain up-to-date databases of student profiles, placement statistics, employer contacts, and job opportunities. Prepare and present regular reports on placement progress and outcomes to management. Ensure a seamless experience for both students and recruiters during the entire placement process. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in student placements, corporate relations, or a similar role, preferably within an educational institution. Strong network of industry contacts and recruiters, with a proven track record of placing students successfully. Excellent English communication skills —both written and spoken. Highly dynamic and proactive personality with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills . Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Good organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Proficient in using MS Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools. Show more Show less
