Job Title: Showroom Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

CTC: 2.5 LPA + incentive (Depends on monthly performance)

Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing procedures, handling administrative tasks, maintaining showroom standards, and providing strong leadership to the sales staff to ensure a seamless customer experience and increased sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Showroom Management:

* Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.

* Maintain proper product display and inventory levels.

* Supervise day-to-day showroom operations.

* Billing & Transactions:

* Manage billing processes accurately and efficiently.

* Oversee the point-of-sale system and maintain transaction records.

* Resolve any billing discrepancies or customer queries related to payments.

* Administrative Duties:

* Handle basic administrative responsibilities, including documentation, reporting, and compliance.

* Maintain staff records, attendance, and scheduling.

* Coordinate with other departments (logistics, marketing, accounts, etc.) as needed.

* Team Leadership:

* Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and showroom targets.

* Conduct regular briefings and performance reviews.

* Foster a positive work environment with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).

* 2+ years of experience in retail or showroom management.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.

* Knowledge of billing software and administrative tools.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
