Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Store Manager at Davaindia Generic Pharmacy. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Additional duties include inventory management, team leadership, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers.

• Leadership and team management abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Relevant experience in retail or pharmacy management is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is advantageous
