About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our car wash and detailing studio. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on attitude, and a passion for automotive care. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring service quality, handling customer satisfaction, and driving overall business performance. Key Responsibilities:Operational Management Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the car wash and detailing studio. Ensure all services (car wash, detailing, PPF, ceramic coating, etc.) are performed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the workplace. Coordinate appointments and manage workflow to minimize wait times. Team Leadership Supervise, train, and motivate a team of technicians and service staff. Prepare work schedules and manage attendance. Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and service updates. Customer Service Greet and assist customers, understand their service needs, and recommend suitable packages. Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally. Ensure a premium experience for every customer from entry to delivery. Inventory & Supplies Management Monitor inventory of consumables, chemicals, and detailing products. Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment. Maintain accurate inventory records and prevent stock shortages. Sales & Revenue Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling services and packages. Maintain billing records and ensure accurate invoicing. Track daily revenue and submit reports to management. Quality Control Perform final quality checks on vehicles before delivery. Ensure detailing standards are maintained consistently. Implement SOPs and monitor compliance among staff. Requirements: Proven experience in retail, car wash, or service industry management (minimum 2–3 years). Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Basic knowledge of car detailing services is a plus. Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
