**Location:** Sachin GIDC, Surat

**Salary:** ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 CTC (Monthly)

**Industry Preference:** Lighting / Plastic / Metal / Manufacturing

Job Summary:

We are hiring a detail-oriented and responsible Store Manager to manage inventory operations efficiently. The ideal candidate must have experience managing multiple SKUs, preferably in the lighting, plastic, or metal industry, and should be well-versed in store systems, stock audits, and material handling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage inward and outward stock flow within the store premises.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.

· Handle multiple SKUs and ensure systematic storage with proper tagging and binning.

· Implement stock management techniques like FIFO/LIFO to reduce wastage.

· Maintain minimum and reorder levels of materials as per consumption trends.

· Coordinate with internal departments (like production/maintenance) for material issuance.

· Ensure physical stock matches with system stock and report discrepancies immediately.

· Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards inside the store.

· Ensure documents such as GRN, stock registers, and issue slips are properly maintained.

· Supervise store assistants/helpers and monitor their daily activities.

Candidate Profile:

· Minimum 5–8 years of experience in store operations.

· Strong knowledge of inventory systems, stock keeping, and audit practices.

· Experience in managing SKU-heavy product categories.

· Familiar with Tally/ERP software and proficient in Excel.

· Prior experience in lighting, plastic, or metal industry is highly preferred.

· Good communication and basic team management skills.
