Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Sales:
• Greet and guide walk-in clients and contractors in the showroom.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products like tiles, paints, pipes, sanitaryware, etc.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge to confidently upsell and cross-sell.
• Close sales effectively and achieve showroom sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and contractors.
• Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders.
• Ensure post-sale satisfaction and handle minor service-related concerns.
• Team & Store Operations:
• Manage showroom staff and ensure proper display, cleanliness, and organization.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and purchase departments.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and delivery coordination.
• Follow-Up & Reporting:
• Maintain records of client visits, inquiries, and conversions.
• Regularly follow up on leads through calls or in-person visits.
• Generate daily/weekly reports on sales performance and walk-ins.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,748.10 - ₹23,000.00 per month
