Sr. Software Engineer Qualification and Experience:B.Tech/B.E/ MSc/MCA - 5-8 YearsQualification and Experience B.Tech/B.E/ MSc/MCAExperience: 5- 8 YearsResponsibilities Design, code, test and debug new features and enhancement to Flytxt products over Big Data platform following best practices of agile software developmentTake advantage of new technologies and techniques in enterprise programming to keep Flytxt products at the forefront of mobile marketing and advertising technologyMentor software engineers in the team to contribute beyond their level and provide interesting challenges at all times to each individual to growResolve technical issues and development impediments faced by team membersAssist in continuously optimizing software engineering processes with latest tools and practices to allow for agile, responsive and cost effective delivery of technologyProfiling and performance tuning of the applications

Requirements Of The Role Core Java /J2EE Skills

2 years using and developing in Core Java/J2EE technologiesExperience in using Eclipse, Spring, STRUTSWorking knowledge of XML, HTTP, REST, SOAP, JSON, AJAXWorking knowledge in Hibernate, XST, MySQLBasic Knowledge in Linux Shell Commands and ScriptingKnowledge of Agile and Scrum development process
