Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:Identifying potential customers through various methods like networking, cold calling, and online research.
  • Client Relationship Management:Maintaining regular communication with existing clients, addressing their needs, and exploring upselling opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:Delivering compelling presentations to showcase products or services and their benefits.
  • Negotiation and Closing:Working with clients to finalize deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:Tracking sales activities, updating customer information in CRM systems, and providing regular reports.
  • Market Analysis:Understanding market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration:Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
