Sr. Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead sales efforts, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in meeting sales targets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities.

2. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and
customer needs.

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

4. Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.

5. Deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products/services and value

proposition.

6. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes.

7. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.

3. Proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Negotiation and closing skills.

6. Ability to work independently and in a team.

7. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools.
