Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Automate reporting processes using SQL, Python, and REST APIs. Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot automation issues. Collaborate with IT, Sales, and Operation team to gather data and reporting needs. Analyse datasets to extract insights and support business decisions.
