Your responsibilities include participating in design meetings to optimize designs, developing Design Delivery Schedules, defining Scope of Work and deliverables for design disciplines, managing workload distribution, coordinating with external design studios, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining parametric design files, supervising and mentoring design engineers, contributing to departmental planning, leading training initiatives, upholding quality and compliance standards, implementing best practices, driving cross-functional collaboration, overseeing design quality of projects, setting departmental goals, aligning design objectives with business strategies, serving as the primary contact for product design projects, collaborating with stakeholders for successful project execution, maintaining a performance-oriented culture, providing progress reports, aligning marketing and product teams for consistent brand identity, and applying design thinking to enhance customer and employee experiences. With over 14 years of experience, you possess in-depth knowledge of plastic product engineering and design, expertise in injection moulding, mould design, and development of plastic components, familiarity with various plastic materials, proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD), strong leadership and team management skills, project execution capabilities, and basic proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.,
