Sr. IT Windows & Active Directory Administrator

Job Title: Sr. IT Windows & Active Directory Administrator Department: Information Technology Location: Chennai (WFO) JOB MISSION We are seeking an experienced Windows Active Directory Administrator to manage and support Active Directory, Windows systems, and Azure Active Directory, including hybrid identity solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of system management, troubleshooting, and configuration, as well as experience with account and device management. QUALIFICATIONS Skills and Experience: 1. Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), LDAP, PowerShell, Group Policy, and DNS. 2. Experience with security compliance and managing UNIX and Windows systems. 3. Proficiency in Azure AD and hybrid identity solutions. 4. Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions like Microsoft Intune. DUTIES System Management: Manage and support Active Directory, Windows systems, and Azure Active Directory, including hybrid identity solutions 1. Troubleshooting and Configuration: 2. Resolve issues with DNS, authentication, LDAP, and configure DNS for new domains. 3. Account and Device Management: 4. Handle user account creation, management, and deactivation. 5. Implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions 6. Collaboration and Testing: 7. Work with team members to solve complex problems. 8. Develop tests for system operations and disaster recovery. MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE MCSE, MCSA, or ITIL preferred.
